GATE

Richland Elementary is committed to meeting the unique needs of each student. Our school's Gifted and Talented Education program is designed to provide support to qualified students in fourth and fifth grades. Students are assessed in third grade based on teacher and parent recommendation. Students who qualify are placed in classrooms with GATE certified teachers and they are invited to participate in a variety of enrichment opportunities throughout the school year.
